To login to myDavy click the “Login” button in the main menu and select myDavy.
On the myDavy login page, enter your username (6-digit number) and password, and click "Login". Please note your password is case sensitive.
At Davy, the security of our clients’ accounts online is of paramount importance. To help strengthen account security, we use a login process called ‘Two-factor authentication’, which provides an additional layer of protection when logging into your myDavy account.
When you log into your account with your username (6 digit number) and password, a 4 digit single-use verification code will be automatically sent to the mobile phone number associated with your account. You will be asked to enter this 4 digit code to complete the log in process. Please note each verification code is valid for ten minutes. Please ensure you can receive SMS texts on your mobile, for example, if you are abroad or out of coverage.
When you open an account with Davy, we send your myDavy username (6-digit number) by post. You can complete your myDavy account set up by following the steps https://www.mydavy.ie/setup. This will allow you to set up your password and login to you account online. When logging in, please note your password is case sensitive.

When you have securely logged in to myDavy, you can review your portfolio.
If you have more than one Davy account, you can view your individual accounts by selecting the account from the left-hand menu on the investments page.
If you have one Davy account with Davy, this will be the default view when you log in.
Within each account summary, you can review the account’s valuation using the “doughnut” pie chart in the asset allocation tab located on top of the page. When you hover over each section of the chart, the asset class, amount and percentage allocation will appear.
You can also drill down asset class levels by using the buttons above the “doughnut” pie chart.
Model & Variance tab contains details information about the investment model your account is assigned to and your account variance from that model (if any)
The Portfolio Value details displayed within the account summary are:
Account holdings are located on the Account page. The next section of the Portfolio Valuation page displays a list of your current holdings, with prices from the previous business day's close. From this list you can review your holdings and, by clicking on the Morningstar button, drill down to detailed prices and stock information. You also have the option to download this in PDF or Excel format.
To review your transactions in a particular holding, scroll down the page and select “Portfolio Holdings History” from the menu.
This functionality lets you review your transactions in a particular share, fund or Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) during a specified time period.
Within this section you can review Transaction, Income and Deposit statements. These can be searched for by date period and broken down by currency. You can download these in PDF or Excel format. You will find your dividends within your income statement.
You can search here by document type and date period. You can download these in PDF format. You will also find your recent correspondence by clicking on the envelope in the main navigation.
Below your account details you can view your account performance section. It contains a table with your account yearly performance figures for last 5 years and a YTD performance value. Below the table there are two charts: performance and account value. You can change between them using the tabs labelled Performance Chart and Account Value Chart. You can find detailed explanation of the chart in the info icon on the top right side of the chart.
You can update your contact details and bank details through myDavy.
Updating my personal details online;

Please note you can only update details on myDavy for an account which is solely in your name. To update details of an account which is jointly owned, including corporate accounts, please contact your adviser.
On the ‘My Profile’ page you can also register for Trade Confirmations which notify you by email when your trades are executed.

myDavy users can register for online correspondence which allows them to receive their account correspondence through myDavy. Online correspondence is also better for the environment because it reduces the amount of paper you receive from us. You’ll simply get an alert by email to let you know when you have new correspondence such as contract notes, portfolio valuations, nominee statements and tax packs.

If you are registered for myDavy, it’s easy to switch to online correspondence. Simply log in to myDavy and move the slider at the top of the page to “On” within each of your accounts. This option will only be available where you are the primary correspondent for that account.
Please note that it may take a few days for us to process your updates.
Multiple account holders can switch to on online correspondence at any time for each individual account. To do this, click on the “Enable accounts for online correspondence” button in the Investments overview section. Here you can select to enable / disable online correspondence for each individual account. Once you are happy with your selections click “Done” to save your changes.
myDavy users can set up customised price alerts on shares and ETFs in their watchlist. A watchlist allows users to monitor the price movements of up to 20 shares.
Your watchlist allows you to monitor the price movements of up to 20 selected shares or ETFs. It gives you an at-a-glance overview of their current performance, including;
To remove a stock from your watchlist, simply click on the Delete button on the right of the listing. Removed shares/ETFs can be added to the list again at any time.
Your watchlist is limited to twenty shares/ETFs.
You can also monitor daily share price movements across a range of markets from a single list without logging in to myDavy by setting up a watchlist.

The Davy Watch List feature uses cookies to record which shares you have added to your list. It will not be able to function if you have cookies turned off. If you do not see an "ADD" button, it may be because you have cookies switched off, or have not accepted cookies on the davy.ie website.
If you clear the cookies in your browser you will lose the content of your Watch List.
If you create a Watch List on your desktop computer, it will not be available to your smartphone or laptop, as cookies are specific to the machine and browser that they are created on.

You can only access a Tax Pack if you are signed up to online correspondence. If your tax adviser has been instructed to receive your Tax Pack on your behalf, please contact them directly, it will not be available online.
Step 1: Login in to your myDavy account.
For single account holders, go straight to step 3
Step 2: On the left-hand side of your myDavy account homepage, there is a list of your accounts. Click on the account you would like to find a Tax Pack for.
Step 3: Click on the “Correspondence” tab on the homepage.
Step 4: Click on “Document type” field.
Step 5: Find “Tax Pack” in the dropdown list and click.
Step 6: If you would like to download the “Tax Pack”, click on the download button on the right-hand side.
You can transfer funds from your bank account to your Davy account.
To ensure funds are credited to your Davy account, please add your Davy client account number as a reference in the transfer. It is very important that you provide the correct client account number in the reference provided as failure to do so may lead to delays in updating your account.
We recommend that you regularly review your account via myDavy. We also recommend that you always carefully check any statements that we send you, including the Annual Client Asset Statement sent in October every year. In the event that you have any queries in relation to your account, please immediately contact a member of the Davy Select Team who will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
We have allocated Virtual IBANs for EUR transfers to some Davy accounts. If your account has been allocated a Virtual IBAN, you can find it in myDavy within My Accounts by selecting Transfer Money In tab.
A virtual IBAN works in the same way as a regular IBAN. It’s an account reference number that enables payments to be securely and efficiently routed to your Davy account.
Note virtual IBANs are account specific and should not be used for any other Davy accounts.
If you have previously saved the Davy bank details within your online banking portal/app, it is important that you now update the IBAN associated with your account with a virtual IBAN.

You can post a cheque or bank draft to us. Please make the cheque payable to Davy. To ensure that your payment is promptly allocated to your Davy client account you must ensure that your Davy client account number is included on the reverse of your Cheque/Bank Draft. For company cheques, please state your own name on the back.

Why is it important to update my Net Worth? Using the Net Worth tool and keeping the figures accurate and up to date means that you and your Davy adviser have a complete picture of your wealth. This will allow your Davy adviser to build, and maintain, a fully informed financial plan and to comprehensively prepare for review meetings. The Net Worth section includes your assets and liabilities which have been recorded in your most recently completed Davy Investor Profile and can be updated in myDavy on a regular basis as changes to your assets and liabilities occur.

How to find and update your Net Worth in myDavy Step 1: Login in to your myDavy account by clicking on this link: mydavy.ie/login.htm
Step 2: Click on the “Net Worth” tab on your account homepage.
Step 3: Your total Net Worth amount will appear in the top left-hand side of the screen. Directly beneath, your assets will be grouped by type (e.g. Business assets, property & land, investments, national savings) and their value will be displayed in a table and a chart.
Step 4: To add a new asset or a liability, click on the plus buttons underneath your Net Worth amount.
Step 5: Scroll down the page to see a more detailed description of your assets and liabilities – including a description, type, sub-type, owner, ownership percentage, provider, value and date of last update to the asset or liability. You also have the option to add a new asset or a liability in this section too, by clicking on the icons listed on the right-hand side.
Step 6: When you click the “Add asset” button, the following screen will appear. Fill in each field and click “Submit”.
Step 7: To remove or edit an asset or a liability, click on the icons beside each asset or liability on the right-hand side.
Step 8: If editing an asset, the following screen will appear. Description of the asset will appear at the top of the form. Fill in each field and click “Submit”.
